Physiotherapists are experts in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of injuries and physical conditions.
We look at the entire person with the aim of alleviating pain, restoring normal movement and providing long term solutions to musculoskeletal problems.
Initial Assessment

Initial assessment is typically a 30-45 minute consultation involving detailed history taking followed by a thorough assessment and treatment. |

Please note that you may be required to undress sufficiently for your physiotherapist to properly assess the area. |

It is advisable to bring a list of medical conditions and current medications. |

Following your assessment an explanation of your problem will be given and your treatment options and a treatment plan will then be discussed with you and agreed. |

Follow-up sessions are of approximately 30 minute duration and will also involve a short assessment to review progress followed by treatment. |

Clients are advised to bring loose fitting clothing for all sessions. |

Please feel free to bring a partner or friend along to accompany or chaperone you during your visits. |

A consent form will be provided at the initial session and clients are advised to read it thoroughly and sign the form. |
